位置很好，周邊很多餐廳和酒吧，歷史建築裡面改造的很有特色，房間乾淨設施新穎，歐洲通病不提供拖鞋。離市中心購物也不遠。推薦入住

第一次都靈出差入住，整體感覺這家酒店位置特別方便，是市中心位置，周邊都是景點可以步行前往，周邊特色義式餐館挺多，很方便。早餐品類也豐富，都是義大利經典美食。 整體上適合商務和攜家旅遊入住。

線下多收8000多元，事後處理拖延，絕不推薦！ 這家酒店是我住過最糟糕的體驗！退房時竟被無故多扣8000多人民幣，更令人憤怒的是，事後溝通效率極低，多次打電話、發郵件均無實質迴應，拖延超過兩週仍未解決。酒店管理層明顯缺乏誠信與責任感，將消費者權益置之不理。強烈建議所有人遠離這家酒店，以免財物受損！ ⚠️ Overcharged 8000+ RMB– Avoid at all costs! This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Upon checkout, I was shockingly overcharged over 8,000 RMB without justification. Even worse, their follow-up service is extremely negligent – despite repeated emails and calls, the issue remains unresolved after two weeks. The management clearly lacks integrity and ignores customer rights. Do not risk your money at this dishonest hotel!

토리노에 다시 간다면 이 호텔로 다시 갈래요. 관광하기 좋은 구시가지에 있고, 호텔도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 퇴실때 비용 재청구 문제가 있었지만 금방 해결했어요

Schlechte Reinigung, im Bad überall Kalk und teilweise Schimmel in den Fugen; die Dusche ist undicht (Tür lässt sich nicht richtig schliessen). Man hört im ersten Stock alles vom Innenhof/Frühstück und aus dem Gang. Personal beim Empfang nett, bei der Abreise gar nicht. Von NH Collection bin ich mir eigentlich einen besseren Standard und Service gewohnt...

Tres bien placé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants sympathiques autour et possibilité de visiter à pieds beaucoup de sites historiques. Très propre. Chambres très confortables. Personnel très gentil
